Everflow appoints finance director

Peterlee-headquartered multi-utilities provider Everflow has appointed Jack Falcus as finance director to support its continued growth across the UK.

Jack brings more than a decade of experience in commercial finance, business partnering and strategy, having held senior finance roles within multinational organisations.

Throughout his career, he has worked across finance and commercial operations, supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning and business growth.

He also serves as vice-chairman of Northern Lights Learning Trust.

In his new role, Jack will lead Everflow’s finance function, overseeing financial planning, governance and commercial performance as the company expands its services.

Working alongside the senior leadership team, he will help shape the financial strategy supporting the business’s long-term growth ambitions.

Jack said: “Everflow has built a strong reputation for putting customers at the centre of its business and making essential services simpler for SMEs. 

“I’m delighted to join at such an exciting stage in the company’s growth.

Everflow provides water, waste and telecoms services to businesses across the UK, with a focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises simplify the management of essential utilities.

Jack’s appointment comes as the company continues to develop its multi-utilities offering and strengthen its operational capabilities.
