2) North East e-Learning Foundation Annual Big Bash

Date: Saturday 18 February 2006 Venue: Newcastle Marriott Hotel, Gosforth Park The North East e-Learning Foundation’s Winter Big Bash will give you the opportunity to entertain colleagues, associates and friends in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and show your support for the Foundation’s work. Founded early in 2004, the North East e-Learning Foundation is committed to placing the young people of this region at the forefront of learning, equipping them with the resources and skills now required in our changing world. Their role is to enable all children in the North East to have access to the information technology which underpins the educational curriculum and the world of work. The annual dinner is designed to promote this important work, as well as raise funds to assist with ambitious development plans over the coming year. This year entertainment will be provided by Roy Walker, well known for his comedy work on television as well as the live concert, cabaret and theatre circuits. You can then dance past midnight to the music of the hugely talented Bogus Brothers. The event begins with a champagne reception at 7:00 for 7:45 pm and ends at 1:00 am.
