Breakfast: Do You Give It A Miss?
Breakfast is thought to be the most important meal of the day, with research revealing that skipping it can hinder performance and concentration levels in the morning (see ‘Breakfast Good for Children’s Brains’ above).
But for many, the thought of eating in the morning is too much for the stomach to handle and so they tend to grab and go (with the intention of eating a bit later) or they miss out the meal entirely, perhaps compensating with an early lunch or mid-morning snack.
Missing breakfast is also viewed by some as a way of saving time in the morning, or of losing weight.Today’s Friday Poll asks your views on breakfast: do you agree that it is an important meal and so stock up accordingly, do you grab and go on your way out the door with the intention of eating at the office, or do you miss out the meal entirely?
To vote in the poll simply select one of the options below and click ‘submit’. Once your vote has been registered you will be redirected to The bdaily website at www.bdaily.info. The results of the poll will be displayed in Monday’s edition of The bdaily.
