Competition For Fledgling Entrepreneurs
A new competition has been launched that will see fledgling entrepreneurs compete for a place on an intensive five-month business training course to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
The Big Leap Competition is an initiative by Community Interest Company Striding Out and UK. It is seeking 18 – 30 year olds with a business idea. The entrants will compete for one of ten places on the training course which will help them turn their business idea into a real plan.
The judges for the competition, Business Plan Services Ltd, were previously involved in the selection of participants on the BBC 2 television series Dragons Den and are looking for entrants with business ideas that have high growth potential. The deadline for registration for the competition is Friday 17th February 2006, competition entries must be received by Friday 3rd March 2006.
