Cool Hand Leuk
Do you buy your books from Amazon or Waterstones? Do you do your weekly shopping online at Tesco? Are you planning a holiday or short break? If the answer is yes, then think about visiting this website first: buy.at/CoolHandLeuk.
It provides you with an A-Z list of around 100 online retailers – which are quick and easy to find and ‘Children with Leukaemia’ will receive a small percentage of the value of your goods.
There is no additional cost to the buyer - each retailer gives between 2% and 12% commission on each purchase. A full list of the commission rates can be found in the A-Z tab of the webshop. The retailers are providing generous commission so that buy.at/coolhandleuk can generate a significant amount of money for children with leukaemia.
The shop is part of the Enterprise and Business Support team at One NorthEast and have until 2 October to raise as much money as they can, although the website will continue after this date and continue to generate funds for the charity.
Treat yourself or others, start shopping early for Christmas or just buy something for the sheer hell of it – when you do, ‘Children with Leukaemia’ will benefit.
