Financial independence for NE business owners

The opportunity for successful business owners to set off on the way to personal financial independence is being offered at a seminar being held today.

North East-based Talent Group will be highlighting the benefits of two of its main products - Talent Den and Talent Pool - at the event this lunchtime. The Talent Den programme targets those who already have business success but require support in developing their personal wealth, while Talent Pool offers experienced practitioners to businesses needing short term expertise to maximise business growth and profit critical projects.

The benefits of both products will be highlighted at the seminar, where Talent Group chairman George Heydon will be joined by entrepreneur David Lane, one of the Talent Den programme mentors.

David Lane is former Chairman and MD of Autoglass who turned the windscreen company into an organisation with a multi-million pound turnover. In the early 1970s David helped transform Lotus Cars from a kit-car business into a manufacturer of premium marques and was also the CEO of JCL Marine.

The event at law firm Watson Burton’s offices at St James’ Gate, Newcastle will also feature a short presentation by Mark Simpson, chairman of Washington-based retail display experts The Simpson Group and Gill Burgess, managing director of Hexham marketing consultancy r//evolution who are both participants in the Talent Den programme.
