Northern training company continues to expand
A North East training company is riding out the recession by expanding its business into new premises.
The owners have praised the region’s organisations which have had the foresight to ensure their staff are fully skilled and prepared for the future.
The Northern Training Partnership Limited, which offers consultancy and training services to clients in the North East, has been forced to relocate to larger offices in Northumberland after seeing a month-on-month increase in enquiries.
The firm, which was originally established around 10 years ago, will now occupy a new space in NTP House at Wansbeck Business Village, Ashington.
The building’s three large training rooms will also be made available for private hire.
Alan Jobling, Director of Northern Training Partnership Limited, said: “The growth in business we have experienced over the past few months has been extraordinary, particularly given the current economic climate and it just goes to show that skills development is an essential part of keeping a company moving even in a recession.”
