Early birds get the marketing worm
A Business Link event designed to help North East businesses stay competitive throughout the recession is offering an early bird discount on tickets booked by today, Friday 11 September 2009.
Marketing: The Art Of takes place at the Sage Gateshead on 12 November 2009. The day-long event will feature the latest in marketing techniques and trends for all those with a PR and marketing remit.
Top name speakers from across the country will shortly be announced with Tim Smit, chief executive of the Eden Project, already on board.
Julie Spowart, events manager at Business & Enterprise North East, which delivers the Business Link service in the region, said: “The response to Business Link’s Marketing: The Art Of 2009 has been really positive - despite the squeeze on budgets, people recognise this is one conference that adds value and provides information that can be successfully utilised back in the workplace.
“Last year’s inaugural conference created fresh demand and many of the Marketing: The Art Of 2008 attendees have already signed up again.”
Tickets booked by 11 September 2009 are £65 plus VAT and can be booked at www.marketingtheartof.com. Standard ticket prices are £95 plus VAT and can be booked up until the day itself.
