How to conduct a disciplinary hearing

Hay & Kilner’s employment team will be turning an everyday HR situation into a drama. This event will take the form of a role play which will include a short meeting between adviser and client followed by a disciplinary hearing. There will also be a general employment law update including the new Equality Bill.
