Former Northern Rock exec joins mining firm
A former key figure at Northern Rock has been appointed to the board of global mining giant Rio Tinto.
Ann Godbehere, who served as interim chief financial officer at the North East lender between 2008 and 2009, joins the company’s board of directors.
Ms Godbehere, who was also a non-executive of UBS, succeeds David Clementi on the board.
