MONDAY Movers: Latest North East appointments
NORTH East commercial law firm Muckle LLP has made three new appointments to support growth within the business.
Deborah Robinson is taking on the role of assistant solicitor in Muckle LLP’s Construction Team, bringing five years of experience at law firms in both the UK and Australia.
She will be responsible for acting for developers, housebuilders, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants in all forms of dispute resolution, including court proceedings. This will span arbitration, adjudication and mediation, as well as advising clients during dispute avoidance strategies. Deborah said: “I am extremely pleased to join the team at Muckle and everyone has given me such a warm welcome. My new role is extremely diverse and I look forward to assisting in the further development and expansion of the construction team.”
Stephen Green has been appointed as assistant solicitor in the Commercial Team and will specialise in commercial advice and contracts.
He brings five years of experience that includes working on distribution arrangements, as well as manufacturing and service agreements across a range of sectors, including the oil, recruitment and cosmetic industries. After growing up in the region and graduating from Newcastle University, Stephen has worked in legal teams in Brighton, Northampton and South Africa.
Em Phillipson is a newly appointed trainee in the Employment Services Group, having completed her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University.
