Property group to build its presence
CHARTERED surveyor and property group Bradley Hall is to create around a dozen new jobs as it expands into new areas including Northumberland.
The company, which has operations in Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland, is aiming to double its turnover in the next three years.
Last year the company saw group profits rise by 30%, with one in four houses selling for more than £1m in the region.
It is looking to expand its residential and commercial estate agency services into new areas of the region, including Northumberland.
Leading the expansion are the three equity directors Graham Hall, Peter Bartley and Neil Hart.
They will be supported by the recently strengthened management team of James Angus, head of residential, and Brian Crumbley, head of investment.
Graham Hall, one of the founders of the business established in 1988, said: “These are exciting times for the practice and the young, dynamic management team. We are optimistic about the region and residential and commercial property markets.”
