Estate agent branches out
NORTHUMBERLAND estate agent Mike Rogerson has expanded its reach with the addition of two new branches on Tyneside.
The company has opened new offices in Wallsend and North Shields in addition to its five Northumberland branches.
This Estate Agent is currently developing some value added services for clients, including detailed packs which outline area valuations within each vicinity and a Lifestyle Pack with offers and information about service providers in the local communities.
Mike Rogerson said: “People in the buy to let market tend to use our facilities to source properties in areas where they can make a good yield and have an excellent return on investment”.
“Areas such as Ashington, Wallsend, Cramlington and Bedlington are perfect spots for those landlords who wish to expand on their portfolio”
