Round 3 for expanding ad firm
ROUND 2 International-UK – the firm which recently acquired Newcastle advertising agency Robson Brown - has taken on its third UK acquisition.
The organisation has completed its third UK buy out with the purchase of Attinger Jack advertising.
The move marks the latest in a series of deals to build Round 2 International-UK into the global market place.
Independently owned, Bath-based Attinger Jack sold for an undisclosed sum to media company Round 2 International UK and follows its acquisition strategy, which takes Round 2 International UK to a £70 million turnover business.
The move comes after AJA’s Managing Director David Attinger has successfully led the £15 million turnover business.
Mr Attinger said: “An opportunity arose with Round 2 International UK, which held a lot of synergy with my vision for the future of the company and, which also focused on an ambitious plan for development.”
