Armadillo has been appointed by Caddy Charger to create the web and brand identity for the launch of a revolutionary new product. Caddy Charger is a rechargeable battery unit for motorised golf trolleys which allows you to recharge your battery in your car without draining your vehicle battery and also when your engine isn’t running. The new technology has been developed in conjunction with Newcastle University and will be launched into the European market later this year.
Armadillo are creating a brand identity for Caddy Charger, along with its parent company Yanussi, as well as developing packaging, a sales brochure and e-commerce website, amongst launch material and associated advertising. The work will communicate the innovative and unique qualities of the product, along with its great value.
Caddy Charger MD, David Bainbridge said of his decision to work with Armadillo “I’m delighted to have Caddy Charger’s launch in the hands of such an enthusiastic and skilled team. Armadillo get what we’re about and I’ve been really impressed with the way the team work and the suggestions they’ve made to get us to market.”
Armadillo’s Managing Director, Berry Burgess was equally positive in saying “It’s excellent that a locally-developed product with genuine worldwide appeal is about to hit the marketplace. Armadillo feel that we can add a lot to the project, both in terms of design and build of the brand and web and also the high impact marketing campaign that’s required to get any new item off the ground successfully.
