New e-procurement service launched in Cramlington
A North East e-procurement business has launched a new service to help local suppliers source new tender opportunities and relevant contacts.
Cramlington-based Due North has developed a new Contract Search facility to enable companies to search through e-portals to find new business, saving time by displaying all searches containing the users search term.
The system is currently widely used by councils to help them engage more effectively with their SME base and alleviate the pressures faced in procurement procedures/
Due North managing director Alan Gray now hopes that the facility will become a time efficient resource, which consolidates different tender opportunities into one place.
He commented: “We hope that the system will encourage businesses to take a look at the opportunities available, which can often go unnoticed by even the most experienced of suppliers.
Due North provides a range of services including spend analysis and eAuctions, through to P2P and eInvoicing solutions, helping businesses to manage their supplier relationship sand enhancing transparency at every stage of the process.
