R&B Group looking to a positive future
Events, production and communication specialists R&B Group have reported continued new business, despite the tough trading conditions in recent times.
The Newcastle and Harrogate based company are approaching their 21st year in business, and while the last couple of years have proved difficult, staff are looking to the future.
With this in mind the company have internally promoted to create a new customer service role.
Kate Lambert was formerly Marketing Executive at R&B Group, and will now take up the new role with a focus on the needs of the company’s clients.
She said: “Satisfied customers are everything to us.
“I am looking forward to getting stuck into the new role and seeing my aim of ‘clients becoming long term friends of the business’ being achieved.”
Recent positive comments from customers have spurred the company on to continue with their focus on delivering projects within budget, with a high level of customer service.
