Over the bank holiday weekend, France elected a new President in the shape of socialist, Francois Hollande.
As Mr Hollande proposes to increase the top rate of French tax to 75%, many wealth managers, lawyers and property specialists in London, claim their French clients are starting to think about a move across the channel.
