Mandy Gradden appointed Group CFO at Top Right
2 October 2012, London: Top Right Group, the multi-platform events, information services and publishing group, today announced it has appointed Mandy Gradden as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 2013. In her new role, she will be responsible for financial management of the Group, as well as lead M&A activities and Corporate Governance. She will also manage the central finance and procurement teams and work closely with the CEOs and finance leaders within Top Right Group’s standalone operating companies.
Duncan Painter, CEO said: “Mandy is a highly experienced corporate CFO with more than 20 years financial and senior management experience and joins the senior management team at an exciting time. She will be instrumental in delivering our Group strategy as we continue to transform the business and create top line growth through our standalone operating companies”.
Mandy Gradden commented: “I am looking forward to joining Top Right Group as the business looks set to deliver exciting levels of growth and value to shareholders through its well defined strategy.”
John Gulliver, Interim CFO Top Right Group will remain in his role until Mandy starts with the business in January 2013. He will then take up his role as CFO i2i Events Group, a Top Right Group company, on a full time basis.
