Tip 10: You might be thinking about your New Year resolutions and what they might be, but the New Year is also a great time to re-affirm your organisation’s vision and values.

Reminding your people of what your organisation is all about and where it wants to be is a great way of engaging your employees and getting them excited about the opportunities and challenges of the year ahead.

Vision and values can be easily forgotten about in the day to day running of things, but in truth they are always there - engrained in your culture. So a positive reminder can give your culture a positive boost, building motivation and loyalty.
