Spiral Healthcare Share Investors in People Story
Spiral Health, a social enterprise operating as a Community Interest Company (CIC), provides in-patient intermediate care and rehabilitation services in Blackpool.
Following their experiences of working with Investors in People as a newly formed organisation, they have developed a new case study to share their story.
Explaining how they came to work with Investors in People as a way to benchmark their achievements since establishing, Spiral Health’s case study also explores how the framework has helped them to embed their vision and values into the culture of the organisation.
“As Spiral Health had only been established for six months when we first worked with Investors in People, it gave us the opportunity to talk to our team members about how they wanted the company to be. It helped us to check out if our culture had started to develop in a positive way and that we were setting sail in the right direction.“
