Hugo takes quality higher
Medical technology repair and maintenance company, Hugo Technology, has promoted quality and compliance manager, Daniel Trigger, to its senior management team in recognition of his role in building the business.
Daniel Trigger joined the company ten months ago as quality controller.
“I joined Hugo as I could see the whole company ‘walked’ the quality as well as Andrew and Warwick ‘talked it’,” said Daniel. “As such, I inherited sound systems – both in terms of function and ISO accreditation - but I spotted an opportunity.
“By taking a more robust approach to measuring customer satisfaction levels, we could deepen the bond with our clients by anticipating their needs rather than just responding. It’s not just me. It relies on the whole of Hugo team’s effort and partnership with our clients.”
Andrew Parton, joint managing director at Hugo, says: “We have always taken quality seriously but Daniel’s turned QA into a business builder. He now has the authority to improve things faster.”
Hugo’s global original equipment manufacturer (OEM) client base includes: Philips, Nutricia, Moog, GE, Teleflex, Intel, Nipro and Kimal.
