Teesside serviced apartment specialists land £88k deal
Teesside-based Elite Serviced Apartments have secured their biggest contract to date, worth £80,000.
The serviced apartment specialists have secured the deal with a secret client and say the sector is booming.
Managing director Katrina Rosser, said: “We are delighted to announce we have won our largest contract for £80,000 since establishing less than four years ago.
“The demand for serviced apartments has grown significantly within the last year as more people are becoming aware of the benefits of the hotel alternative. Serviced accommodation offers guests a spacious home-from-home environment, with flexibility and at a significantly reduced cost of a hotel stay.
“Now with more than 20 properties throughout Teesside we can offer our guests prime locations and are able to deal with the growing demand for accommodation.”
Elite now have 20 properties across Teesside, including places in Yarm, Hartlepool Marina and Thornaby.
