Speakeasy Success as The Albany open their doors
Over 30 businesses gathered on Thursday night at The Albany on Old Hall Street, to experience a slice of life within the beautiful, historic apartment complex as City Residential launched their Rent Refund scheme.
Champagne and canapés were served throughout the evening in the building’s award-winning courtyard, and cocktail mixologists entertained guests as they waited for tours of the beautifully furnished show apartments from City Residential staff.
The evening culminated with a speech from sales consultant at The Albany, Frances Lyons, who offered an insight into available property and schemes to help potential buyers.
The Albany, which was once a fairly mixed use development including short term-let and owned to let apartments, now boasts a large community of private owners. City Residential are keen to capitalise on this unique position and continue to encourage private purchases and ownership.
To promote this, The Albany have introduced the Rent Refund scheme, where up to 6 months paid rent can be reinvested into the purchase of an apartment. The scheme is available on a number of units for sale and can potentially be used to help fund a deposit, which is a huge selling point for first time buyers or those looking to remortgage.
Frances Lyons said: “We are proud to be able to say that the majority of sales enquiries at The Albany are from people looking to reside here themselves. The Albany provides a fantastic base for city centre living, delivering modern conveniences within a building steeped in history and heritage.
“Within easy reach of many of our city’s attractions, including the waterfront and Liverpool One shopping district, it’s not difficult to see why so many are choosing to make The Albany their home.”
