We are a Champion! ICI Dulux Decorator Centres Join Investors in People Champions Programme

ICI Dulux Decorator Centres have become an Investors in People Champion.

Part of the global AkzoNobel Group, ICI Dulux Decorator Centres supply professional painters and decorators with a range of products including paint, woodcare products, wallcoverings and decorating accessories.

Open to the public too, the organisation has over 190 trade stores across the UK and employ more than 1250 people with their head offices based in Altrincham and Slough.

Investors in People since 2002, they now join other Champions in promoting and supporting Investors in People through best practice activities.

By becoming an IiP Champion, ICI Dulux Decorator Centres is committed to sharing and also learning from their experiences, encouraging good practice and supporting continuous improvement.

Celebrating their new role, Lisa Morley, HR Business Partner said:

“Whilst we are very proud of our Investors in People accreditation and plaque, we view Investors in People as an ideal way of supporting continuous improvement within the organisation and will soon be introducing high performance working practices.

“Having benefited from the framework for over a decade, we decided to apply for Champion status as a way to share our experiences with others.“
