Business rescue specialist makes Hull Marina move

The expanding Hull team of business rescue and recovery specialist Begbies Traynor has moved to larger offices in the centre of the city’s new expanding and redeveloping marina area.

The firm has signed a ten-year lease for prestigious office space in Marina Court, Castle Street.

As well as giving the five-strong team more space than its former offices in The Maltings, the modern offices also feature large meeting rooms and provide a more convenient and prestigious environment for clients.

Begbies Traynor has been looking for larger, city centre offices to house its expanding team of insolvency experts which has been strengthened with three appointments over the last 18 months.

“These larger, prestigious premises in the heart of Hull’s reinvigorated marina area will provide improved, modern facilities for both clients and staff as well as benefitting from a convenient central location with parking,” explains Andrew Mackenzie, director at Begbies Traynor’s Hull office. “This latest investment is another demonstration of the firm’s continued growth and our ongoing commitment to the Humber area.”

Begbies Traynor Group currently has eight offices and employs around 100 staff in Yorkshire and the North East. The group offers a full range of professional services including insolvency and corporate recovery, restructuring, investigations and risk, and forensic accounting advice.
