Links Hotel goes up for sale in Skegness
~~The Specialists Markets team at CBRE in Leeds has been appointed to sell a popular seaside hotel in the heart of Skegness. The Links Hotel has been brought to market on a freehold basis with CBRE now inviting offers on the property.
The Links Hotel is an attractive tudor-style hotel just half a mile from the centre of Skegness on the Lincolnshire Coast. Its location attracts visitors to the foreshore attractions, the town centre, the beach, Lincolnshire Wolds and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve.
The property comprises of an extensive bar and restaurant with catering kitchen, 16 guest bedrooms, a beer terrace and private living accommodation with two bedrooms.
