Part Exchange your way to a new home

A Yorkshire house builder is urging prospective buyers in Scunthorpe to consider using part exchange as a way to secure their future home.

Persimmon Homes is hosting a Part Exchange event at its Lakeside development, off Lakeside Parkway, on Saturday 22nd February.

The event will bring together Persimmon Homes Part Exchange experts, independent mortgage advisors and local property valuers to offer information about housing options.

Persimmon Homes sales director, Kevin Thubron, says: “We know it can be a little frustrating waiting for the sale of a property and many lose the opportunity to buy their dream home because of this. “So by utilising our part exchange scheme we are able to arrange valuations on a customer’s existing home, agree a price and then purchase the property freeing them up to move into their new home.

The Lakeside development recently released a new phase which features a selection of four bedroom homes with detached garages. These larger properties sit alongside its collection of two and three bedroom homes and are ideally located for Scunthorpe town centre as well as local amenities and schools.
