With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, leading housebuilder Miller Homes is giving North East home buyers an extra reason to celebrate falling in love with a new home.
The first three people to reserve a home at each of Miller Homes’ developments region-wide over the course of Valentine’s weekend (from Friday 14 February to Sunday 16 February 2014) will receive a complimentary bottle of Champagne – a perfect way for lovebirds to celebrate buying a brand new home.
With nine developments located across the region there is a diverse mix of homes to match the needs of all couples, whether they are looking to purchase their first home together, have a growing family or are downsizing.
Home buyers hoping to celebrate Valentine’s Day by securing a new home could choose from the three-bedroom Westminster apartment at Miller @ Bishops Park in Gateshead, priced from £99,950, the three-bedroom Nevis at Greenvale Park in Newcastle, priced from £145,950, or the three-bedroom Albert at Park View in Gateshead, priced from £249,950.
Those house hunting in Northumberland could find the three-bedroom Hawthorne at Wensleydale Park in Blyth, priced from £150,950, or the three-bedroom Tolkien at Wheatfields in Seaton Delaval, priced from £174,950, to be their perfect match.

“To add a little extra loving feeling, we are offering a complimentary bottle of Champagne for the first three buyers to make reservations this weekend, at each of our Miller developments.”
