Newcastle Quayside's Pan Haggerty goes into liquidation
Prominent Newcastle Quayside restaurantPan Haggerty has entered into administration.
Director Michael Morley has published a notice that a meeting of creditors will be held on March 14 at the office of the restuarant’s liquidators - Hartlepool-based Broadbents Business Recovery Services Limited.
Mr Morley has run Pan Haggerty with restaurant manager Craig Potts since 2008, registered under the name DMC Restaurant Ltd.
A message to creditors reads: “Creditors are required to prove their debts by means of suitable evidence, prior to the meeting if possible, but should this not be the case, such evidence can be presented to the chairman at the meeting of creditors itself.”
Signage on the restaurant’s website says it is closed due to “unforseen circumstances.”
