Yorkshire business scoops national award for second time
Staff at a Cleckheaton business are celebrating after their outstanding customer service was recognised in a national award, for the second year running.
Volkswagen Van Centre West Yorkshire received the ‘Most Satisfied’ accolade at the recent Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Most Valued Van Centre 2013 awards.
The van centre faced competition from 69 other van sites across the UK to scoop the title, but is no stranger to winning having won the same award in 2012.
Andrew Caygill, director at Volkswagen Van Centre West Yorkshire, said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive this award for the second year as it’s purely based on customer satisfaction.
“For the last five years we have taken home an award and given that they recognise the very best in the Volkswagen Van Centre network we are naturally honoured to be part of this elite company.
“We strive to achieve the best in all aspects of the business and this award is testament to my team’s hard work and enthusiasm.”
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles closely monitors all aspects of its van centres, from customer satisfaction and aftersales through to sales and key business performance. Scores are collated throughout the year, accumulating in just 11 awards which are presented at an annual awards ceremony.
