Wirral restaurant awarded highest ‘Taste Northwest’ awards.
Wirral restaurant and venue, Sheldrakes, has achieved a prestigious seal of approval for its popularity by winning a Highest Quality Assured Taste and Loves Local Awards from Taste Northwest.
The Taste Northwest Accreditation Award is unique in that is recognises the importance of the food and drink industry to the North West regions of Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region acknowledging, acknowledging eateries that consistently offer a high quality dining experience and who show commitment to producing quality food and drink with genuine local provenance.
Sheldrakes has attained the Taste Accreditation Awards having been rated as part of a mystery visit assessment which rated the full dining experience and rewarded the overall performance of the Wirral restaurant.
Speaking about the award, Sheldrakes owner Helen Demitrios, said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded the Taste Northwest Highest Quality Assured Award. Following a huge refurbishment at Sheldrakes we’ve really focused on our menu and dishes to ensure we continue to provide guests with a outstanding dining experience, not just a beautiful setting. We pride ourselves on the fine local produce and ingredients that we use in our dishes, and place huge importance on the service and setting for our guests so that they return time after time. These awards means a huge amount to myself and the team and are a reminder of why we strive for such high standards here at Sheldrakes.”
