Ecclesfield's Black Bull pub seeks new owner to help with £117k revamp
Leisure property specialists Fleurets are marketing a new lease on the Black Bull in Ecclesfield in Sheffield, on behalf of Punch Taverns.
The Landlord plans to invest c. £117k in a full refurbishment with the new operator.
The Black Bull is set to be re- established as the focal point of the local community, providing good food, sports and entertainment; it is estimated the pub could provide an annual net turnover of £310k.
Simon Hall, director of Fleurets North office and head of pubs, comments: “This attractive 19th Century building features a lounge, bar, pool room, function room, patio and parking space.
“On the first floor, it comprises four bed accommodation. With the proposed investment it will have everything you would want for a high quality community based business.”
