Husband-and-wife cleaning duo exceed first year targets by 34%
Platinum Cleaning Products have moved to a new 20,000sq feet office/factory unit in Newton Aycliffe as the firm exceeds all initial targets set by 34%.
Platinum Cleaning Products was incorporated some years ago but has been dormant until last year when Simon and Michelle moved to new premises that could support the planned expansion.
Platinum Cleaning Products, which was initially formed to supply its sister company Platinum Environmental & Hygiene (UK) Ltd, supplies cleaning products and equipment to businesses throughout the UK.
The core team is made up of 15 staff with 140 cleaning staff on call.
Michelle Dixon said: “Our business operates as an inverted pyramid with our staff at the very top – they are the real champions, completing projects, selling product and exceeding our customer’s expectations”.
Simon Dixon said “With projected stainable growth we plan to open three new UK hubs and significantly expand our workforce over the next eighteen months which will continue to guarantee short lead times and quality of service to our growing customer base”.
