Plans submitted for Soho House development on Brighton seafront
Brighton & Hove Council have received a planning application for a Soho House development incorporating several local food outlets and a private members club.
The proposed development is planned for 6-8 The Terraces on Madeira Drive, facing Brighton’s Pier.
The application outlines plans to redevelop the 1920s pavillion and build three different restaurants at terrace level with an outdoor dining area.
The redevelopment, which has been proposed by Michaelis Boyd Associates, will have a private rooftop Soho House members club, with a sundeck, swimming pool, seating area, outdoor bar and a new fish restaurant.
The application is due to be decided by the end of November.
