Brazen picks up PR account for Hilton hotel
Following a competitive pitch, marketing agency Brazen has been appointed to provide PR support for the Hilton Manchester Deansgate Hotel.
The agency has been briefed to increase both national and regional awareness of the hotel, which is based in the 47-storey Beetham Tower in Manchester.
The team will target consumer and trade press, with activity including press trips for national and travel media and support for key events taking place at the hotel.
The account will be led by Brazen senior account director Katie Medd.
Hilton Hotel general manager John McLaughlin said: “Brazen is highly regarded for its multi-layered, multi-award-winning work - exactly what we wanted in a PR partner.
“It was also important that we worked with a creative agency which displayed a deep knowledge of both the Hilton brand and Manchester itself. Brazen is an agency which displays all the components we believe are necessary to help Hilton remain at the very top of our game.”
Brazen founder Nina Webb said: “The Hilton Manchester Deansgate is such an iconic hotel in a hugely competitive marketplace and we are honoured to be able to work with such a premium hotel.
“While Hilton Hotel Manchester represents everything that is premium about the new Manchester it also stands for traditional, time-honoured, exemplary standards of service and we are delighted to have been tasked with spreading that message far and wide.”
