County Durham’s Ramside Hall Hotel partners with spa brand ESPA
County Durham’s Ramside Hall Hotel has partnered spa brand ESPA to provide treatments for guests.
The hotel will be opening the spa in Spring 2015 and has announced its plans to use the luxury ESPA range of products for all of its facial and body treatments.
The spa is part of a £16 million investment at the hotel which has included the upgrading of its golf course and the creation of an additional 47 deluxe rooms.
It includes 12 therapy rooms where ESPA treatments will be carried out, a 25m long pool, a hydrotherapy pool and a range of saunas and steam rooms and a Rasul mud chamber.
ESPA, created in 1993 by Susan Harmsworth MBE, has won more than 170 awards and accolades in the last three years. Widely regarded as experts in their field, ESPA are one of the world’s leading spa treatment and skincare brands.
General Manager for Spa and Leisure at Ramside Hall, Anthony Woodhouse, said: “We did a lot of research before deciding which company to partner with for the spa.”
“We were so impressed with ESPA’s product range and its reputation that we realised this would be a perfect fit for us.”
Director of Spa Development at ESPA International, Paula Perkins, said the company was delighted to be working closely with the Ramside Hall team on the exciting development of their luxury health club and spa.
Paula said: “It will bring a new level of facilities and services to hotel guests, day spa guests and the local community alike, and make Ramside Hall a true spa destination.
