Trattoria 51 introduces a trio of Christmas cocktails
One of Liverpool’s most loved Italian restaurants has introduced a trio of festive fizz to its tipple menu.
Trattoria 51, located on Old Street, is spreading the holiday cheer by treating its guests to an assortment of Christmas concoctions – approximately coloured green, white and red.
Served at the venue’s new and exclusive prosecco bar, variations include Apple Liqueur and Prosecco, Sgroppino and Negroni Sbagliato. As well as featuring Christmas (and Italian flag) colouring, the cocktails have also been infused with nostalgic seasonal tastes including apple and orange.
Restaurant Manager Toni Karemanaj said: “We love to get into the Christmas spirit here at Trattoria 51, therefore we thought it was only right to introduce a range of Christmas themed cocktails.
“Rather than just putting a festive twist of on our house cocktails, we decided to create a trio of prosecco cocktails to add a little more luxury.“
In addition to the Christmas cocktails that are available throughout December, a varied selection of prosecco will also be served at the Italian restaurant - ranging from the extremely good value Colli Euganei, Bortolomiol, Sergio, to the most exclusive and luxury Bellavista Rose Millesime.
Toni added: “Our aim is to bring a true taste of Italy to the North West. As well as allowing guests to enjoy fine Italian cuisine, we also like to complement the flavoursome dishes with wines, spirits and cocktails for the ultimate authentic dining experience.“
The Christmas cocktails are available now until the end of December and are priced at £5.95.
