Luxury North Yorkshire Hotel Wins Silver for Large Hotel of the Year at Tourism Awards
Gisborough Hall Hotel is delighted to announce that it has won silver in the ‘Large Hotel of the Year’ category at the North East England Tourism Awards.
The Awards, held at Sunderland FC’s Stadium of Light, showcased the highest quality experiences on offer in the North East and saw the region’s top tourism businesses compete in a total of 15 categories, including Business Tourism, Sustainable Tourism, Tourism Event and Access for All.
The category of Large Hotel of the Year was judged on evidence of best practice in all areas of business operations, such as staff training, customer service, accessibility, innovative marketing and promotion.
Kim Yardley, general manager of Gisborough Hall, said: “I’m thrilled to have won silver at the North East England Tourism awards. We aim to deliver best practice in all areas of the hotel and provide the best possible experience for all leisure and conference guests.
