Pudsey law firm invests £10k in new 'one-stop shop' estate agency
£10k has been invested in a new Pudsey estate agency division, Just Houses, which combines the selling and conveyancing process into a ‘one-stop shop’ estate agency.
Just Houses is a new estate agency which combines the selling and conveyancing process into one making buying and selling a property more straightforward and cost efficient.
The agency already has a number of houses on its website and is confident that its innovative approach to house-selling will prove to be popular and successful.
In addition to providing professional advice on marketing and selling a property and how to present a property for sale, Just Houses carries out the legal requirements assisting with all the necessary paperwork to enable contracts to be issued as soon as a buyer is found.
Part of John Howe & Co, a long-established Pudsey-based law firm, Just Houses charges one fee to cover both the selling costs and the costs of conveyancing.
John Howe, partner at John Howe & Co, said: “We are very aware that most people find the sale of a property very stressful and the aim of Just Houses is to simplify the process by bringing it all under one umbrella and identifying and dealing with potential pitfalls to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
“This different approach to house selling is cost-effective and takes away a great deal of the pressure that homeowners experience.
“There has been excellent feedback from clients so far and we look forward to facilitating many property sales as the business grows and develops.”
