Frankie and Benny’s, Prezzo and Costa move to Liverpool’s Central Village
Several large chain food and drink outlets are set to move into Liverpool’s £160 million Central Village development.
A new report by Liverpool Vision, has shown that more than 100,000 sq ft of office and retail space is expected to become available in the upcoming months.
Frankie and Benny’s and Prezzo initially signed up as tenants in 2011 however the project has encountered setbacks including the main developer entering liquidation two years ago.
However work has continued on the scheme and space is already occupied by Adagio Aparthotel with a PureGym and a Lidl to join soon.
Liverpool Vision also reported that CBRE are marketing a site in the core of the Central Village scheme for the use as a hotel, student accommodation or apartments.
