CBRE and Sheffield’s CPP to market 123,811 sq ft Doncaster facility
CBRE’s industrial agency team and Sheffield’s Commercial Property Partners have been tasked by Helical Bar to market its 123,811 sq ft Aspect distribution/production facility at West Moor Park in Doncaster.
Constructed to a very concise specification, Aspect will be available to occupy on a leasehold basis from November of this year.
West Moor Park, which has tenants such as IKEA, Next Plc and Fellowes, due to its excellent location.
The facility is very suitable for a production and distribution company due to it being located just off Junction 4 of the M18, with a road network that has fast connections to the M1, M18, A1(M) and M62.
Mike Baugh, senior director in CBRE’s Leeds industrial agency team, said: “West Moor Park is widely regarded as one of the major production and distribution hubs in the North of England, occupying a prominent location and with a host of high-profile occupiers already in operation.
“This impressive unit is one of only very few ready-to-occupy, quality facilities in the region and we anticipate keen interest from potential occupiers.”
