Baker Tilly advises on Chester-based solicitors' sale to Slater and Gordon
Baker Tilly’s M&A team has advised solicitors Walker Smith Way on the recent sale of their business to law firm Slater and Gordon.
Slater and Gordon has around 1,500 staff across 18 offices in the UK, whilst Chester-based Walker Smith Way has offices across the North-West and North Wales.
James Wild and Nick Wyatt from Baker Tilly Corporate Finance led the transaction which was completed last Friday, and tax advice was provided by Colin Smyth and Malcolm Cook.
