Eddisons launch large Grade A Bradford office space on market
Grade A Bradford office space, covering over 9,000 sq. ft, had been launched onto the market by Eddisons.
As well as dedicated parking, the office site includes in excess of 4,200 sq. ft. at Church Bank House in Little Germany which is available at an annual rent of £38.5k.
Located close to Bradford Cathedral and the city’s two railway stations, the property the also overlooks the new Westfield Shopping Centre, which is due for completion later this year.
Eddisons is the only agent acting on behalf of the landlord and majority occupier Schofield Sweeney.
In addition, a two storey property within Bradford Business Park on Canal Road that extends to nearly 4,800 sq. ft. is on the market to buy or rent at £485k or £45.5k per annum respectively. Eddisons is acting jointly with Mark Brearley & Company.
