Leeds penthouse office suite sold to Milners Solicitors
A penthouse office suite on the 14th and 15th floors of Whitehall Waterfront, 2 Riverside Way in Leeds has been sold to Milners Solicitors.
Property agents JLL and Knight Frank sold the Yorkshire law firm the freehold of the office suite, known as Altitude, which comprises 4,347 sq ft and features 20 basement car parking spaces.
Simon Bass, managing partner at Milners Solicitors, said: “We considered a number of properties in central Leeds. Altitude offered us a location and facilities for clients and staff that stood out as unique, as well as an excellent investment for our business.”
Altitude is part of a larger multi-purpose development which provides office suites, 76 high luxury residential apartments and a piazza adjacent with the Leeds Liverpool Canal. The penthouse has outstanding views of Leeds city centre.
Richard Thornton, director at JLL who negotiated the deal for the vendors, said: “With a mixture of meeting rooms, open plan working areas and entertainment space as well as far reaching views over the city, Altitude gives Milners an exemplary working environment and impressive location.”
Lizzie Ridler from joint agents Knight Frank, added: “A freehold opportunity such as this rarely comes to the market. Milners has made a great purchase.”
