Revamped Cheshire hotel gets thumbs up from TV fitness personality
A fitness specialist who has appeared on a number of healthy living TV programmes, including Obese: A Year to Save My Life, has given the the nod of approval to a recently refurbished hotel in Cheshire.
Jessie Pavelka, who also starred in Sky TV’s Fat, the fight of my life, has given a thumbs up to several summer salad dishes being served at Carden Park Hotel’s The Vines restaurant.
The TV personality joined the hotel staff recently for a two-day health and fitness event that included outdoor exercises and a Q&A session.
The resort, which is located near Chester, has undergone the first phase of a £4m refurbishment project comprising a revamp of its reception, bar and lounge area, in addition to new spa facilities.
The 196-bedroom hotel resort has 18 meeting rooms for local businesses, as well as two golf courses and a vineyard.
