NatWest serve takeover of Rim Nam Thai Restaurant
Rim Nam Thai Restaurant in Hebden Bridge is now under new ownership.
With support from NatWest, David Parton and his wife Noi have been able to become the new owners of Rim Nam Thai.
Located at Butlers Wharf, New Road, Rim Nam serves Thai cuisine next to the Hebden Bridge Marina and the Rochdale canal.
David said: “We serve delicious Thai dishes that cater for diners who want an authentic Thai cuisine. We have been busy since opening as it was over the summer holiday season and with more people in the area which is great.”
Rim Nam Thai employs four people full time.
To obtain funding for the purchase of the restaurant, David and Noi turned to NatWest relationship manager Richard Wood for support.
David said: “Richard has been very good to work with. He kept in touch with us on a regular basis and was very positive, especially when we went through a few delays”.
Noi added: “Richard was the one that helped us through it.”
Richard also commented: “I was delighted to support David and Noi with the opening of Rim Nam Thai Restaurant. It’s a fantastic business and I wish them every success for the future.”
