Opening of The Alchemist Greek Street creates 50 new jobs
The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant has officially launched its newest cocktail bar and dining destination on Greek Street in Leeds city centre.
The Alchemist Greek Street, which showcases molecular mixology, alchemy and craftsmanship, follows the success of the Leeds Trinity Alchemist bar - open since 2013.
The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant invested £1m into the Greek Street site, and created 50 new jobs in the process.
The extensive interior features a colour scheme of rich honey tones, with one half of the interior space dedicated to dining, and the remaining area reserved for bar guests.
Custom-made furniture and hand illustrations are also present throughout the whole venue.
Simon Potts, managing director of The Alchemist, said: “We are excited to be bringing our unique brand of mixology to this quarter of the city centre, and we look forward to welcoming both Leeds’ extensive business community and its discerning drinkers and diners.”
