Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. Bolsters Estate Portfolio
Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. (RPPM) is delighted to announce that it has secured the management contract for two significant office buildings in Preston city centre.
RPPM will be responsible for all aspects of property management at Norwest Court and Guildhall House on behalf of landlords HIMOR Group, a land and property group that operates throughout the UK.
Both properties are situated on Guildhall Street in the heart of Preston’s commercial district and are host to a wide variety of tenants such as Ingeus, Hays Recruitment Specialists and Specsavers. Management responsibilities will include all aspects of rent and service charge collection, maintenance and repairs ensuring the smooth running and upkeep of the properties.
Adam Levene, Managing Director at RPPM said, “We are delighted to add Norwest Court and Guildhall House to our growing property management portfolio and will be working closely with HIMOR Group and their tenants to ensure the properties are managed well and cost-effectively while looking at ways of improving them where possible.”
