Zeta Interactive appoints UK digital marketing manager

Appointment of UK digital marketing manager will build brand recognition and highlight clear market differentiation

Multichannel marketing giant, Zeta Interactive, has announced the appointment of Jason Sullock as UK digital marketing manager.

Jason, from Stockton-on-Tees, joins the rapidly expanding UK operation which employs 70 staff at locations in London, Bristol and Middlesbrough with the remit to increase brand awareness and to ensure that Zeta’s market differentiating proposition is communicated in key target markets.

The US-headquartered business which employs over 700 staff and has centres of excellence in New York, Hydrabad and Silicon Valley, has already this year (US investment) raised $125 million to fuel future acquisitions.

Jason, who has a 22-year-career in marketing - 16 of which is in the technology sector - was previously UK marketing manager for global medical supplies specialist ConvaTec and before that spent nearly nine years with Sage, rising to UK prospecting marketing manager, small business division acquisition.

In the UK Zeta Interactive provides solutions for brands such as Virgin East Coast, McDonalds Hotels, Leeds Bradford Airport and Lebara Telecoms. These and other brands like them are focussed on acquiring new customers and gaining far greater insight into those that they already possess.

Jason, said: “This is the perfect time to join the business as the focus in the UK is very much on growth and the great thing is that Zeta Interactive has a very clear point of differentiation that will appeal to mid-market companies in particular.

“We offer the only multichannel marketing platform to address all customer lifecycle stages through a single end-to-end solution. We have the added advantage of being in a position to call upon the expertise and knowledge in multichannel marketing that has been so successfully developed and implemented in the US and make this available to customers in the UK.

“However, from a customer investment perspective we can provide these solutions at a cost that cannot be matched by others in the market as we are the only business that actually owns the proprietary technology, whereas others operate via third parties. This gives us a clear market edge when looking to support mid-market customers.”
